Bhakti Vidya Spring 2025 Registration (Closes January 15th)

We are pleased to announce that ISKCON of Round Rock's Bhakti Vidya Program will be offering Spring 2025 session for our Sunday school students and any new students (few limited spots are available) who would like to enroll.

The curriculum for the Spring 2025 semester for each of the classes is as follows:

​

Gopal Vidya Class: Age Group: 6 - 10 years (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM) (Registration Closed)

The kids in this class will learn teachings based on the stories from Srimad Bhagavatam (Prahlada Maharaja, Dhruva Maharaja etc). Students will also learn to recite selected slokas from Bhagavad Gita as part of the curriculum. Children will be introduced to the principles of Bhakti.

Govind Vidya Class: Age Group: 11 - 14 years (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM) (Registration Closed )

Students in this class will learn selective sloka recitation/memorization & summary narrations from Bhagavad Gita.  They will learn the stories from Srimad Bhagavatam (Vedic and Puranic texts).

Gauranga Vidya Class: Age Group: 15 - 18 years (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM) (Registration Closed)

Teenagers in this class learn practical application of teachings from Gita and Vedic literature in their daily lives. It prepares them better to handle stress, emotions and deal with difficult situations at school and home.  Class is taught by instructors who have grown up in bhakti tradition as well as a licensed mental health specialist.

Dear Parents,

Hare Krishna !

We will continue with Bhakti Vidya Classes for the Spring Semester 2025 for all 3 classes.  Wonderful Curriculum has been planned for children to learn and grow in Bhakti.  Curriculum includes but is not limited to interactive scientific discussions on Bhakti Tradition based on teachings of Bhagavad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam, sloka recitations, bhajans & prayers, stories from Ramayana, Bhagavatam and much more.

 

IMPORTANT: We have had a lot of demand for our classes over the last 6 years and it has resulted in more students than our class size allows. Many students have not been able to maintain required attendance, and they will not be guaranteed admission and would be put on waitlist until we have had a chance to sort through all registrations.

Parents have a responsibility to communicate via WhatsApp groups in regards to any Teacher communication, HW assignments, Special sessions etc. 

 

This semester we are being selective about number of students we can accommodate in Gopal Vidya and Govinda Vidya classes.

 

*** Any students who are not able to be accommodated in Spring Semester will remain on waitlist for Fall 2025 semester.

 

* If you have more than 1 child, you will need to submit multiple forms for each registration.

All classes will be held on Sundays from 10:00am - 11:00am at 4305 Sam Bass Rd. Round Rock TX 78681

Bhakti Vidya Program is divided by age groups:

6 - 10 years - Gopal Vidya Class 
11 - 15 years - Govinda Vidya (2 classes: Beginners and Advanced)
16 - 18 years - Gauranga Vidya Youth Sanga

Spring Semester dates: January 19, 2025 until May 18, 2025 (Final Presentation Day)

There might be possible breaks over Holiday weekends.

Registration fees:
$100 per child for Spring Semester

$180 per child for Spring + Fall Semester (Guaranteed enrollment for 2025, skip waitlist)

We are not accepting PayPal for Sunday School Registration fees. Kindly do not use that option.
